14 days of withdrawal

You always have 14 days’ right of withdrawal (not a company) at HERMELA.SE. The time is counted from the receipt of ordered products. Please note that the products must be in a substantially unchanged condition for the right of withdrawal to apply.

30 days open purchase

Open purchase is offered for 30 days from delivery of the product to you. During the period of purchase, HERMELA.SE repurchases products for the value that you have paid for the products, including shipping cost to you.

When returning products or materials to hermela.se, the products must be packaged in such a way that they are protected during transport. We recommend that you pack products in the same way as they were delivered to you.
